Three Dimensions of Translation Quality Control:

1. Content: completeness, images, dates, numbers, conversions, capitalization, decimals and commas, English words, titles, names, trademarks, etc.
    
2. Overall Consistency: TOC and actual titles and page numbers; header and footer; reference to figures and page numbers, etc.
    
3. Formatting: bullets, extra spaces, bold fonts, fonts, dashes (em or en), pairs (e.g. quotation marks, parentheses), etc.

The three dimensions are all important and require first and upmost attention. Monterey Language Services has ties to over 3500 translators and editors worldwide. They have been tested, categorized by subject expertise, and each has years of translation experience. Translators and editors we select are native speakers of target languages. They are rigorously screened based on their language fluency, certification, education, experience, reliability, and professionalism.

In general, clients expect a final product to be 100% workable to their needs. Completeness is especially expected to be 100% satisfactory.
